Craft Supplies:
- PRINTABLE CHRISTMAS TREE CARD TEMPLATES (PDF Template also available from my TPT store.)
- White Cardstock (You could use white paper if you prefer but card is sturdier.)
- Coloured Cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Optional: Your Favourite Colouring Materials
- Optional: Added Embellishments e.g. glitter glues, craft buttons or pom-poms
Step-by-Step Guide to Making Paper Christmas Tree Cards
Step 1 – Download the 3D CHRISTMAS TREE CARD TEMPLATE.
Step 2 – Have fun colouring or decorating the tree and then cut out the tree pieces.
Step 3 – Fold a piece of coloured cardstock in half to make your card base.
Step 4 – Fold the tabs of the tree trunk over and glue them to the front of a Christmas card at the bottom, to form an arch.
Step 5 – Repeat with the tree, positioning it so that it overlaps the trunk. Then glue the star above the top of the tree.
Step 6 – Open the Christmas card and glue in a festive greeting or write your own.
Step 7 – Now you can delight friends and family with a gorgeous homemade 3D Christmas card they are sure to love!
