How To Make Easy Oreo Shark Treats
1. Heat the Blue Candy Melts in a Wilton Candy Melt Pot or in a bowl over warm water until completely melted and smooth and pour 2 tablespoons of the melted candy into the bottom of each cookie mould.
2. Pop an Oreo cookie into each cookie mould, so it sits on top of the melted chocolate.
3. Spoon more melted blue candy on top of each Oreo cookie to cover it to the top of the mould and pop them into the fridge for half an hour to harden.
4. To make the shark fins, cut out 18 (1 1/2 inch long) triangles from the blue Airheads.
5. Use red Airheads candy to make mouths for your Oreo Shark Treats and white Airheads to cut the sharks’ teeth. You can make the shark mouths any shape you like but make sure they’re big enough to fit some teeth into. Use small amounts of white icing to glue the teeth into the red shark mouths.
6. Take your Oreo Shark Treats from the fridge and use the white icing to stick the shark’s fins onto the bottom.
9. Finish off your Oreo Shark Treats by glueing on the candy eyes and teeth filled mouths with the icing and then pop them in the fridge for a few minutes to set.
