Potato Print Reindeer Christmas Cards With Printable Messages Tutorial
Supplies To Make Reindeer Greeting Cards:
- Printable Reindeer Pun Christmas Card Backgrounds
- Printer Card
- Marker Pens
- Potatoes
- Brown Paint
- Red Pom Poms or Red Buttons
- Wiggle Eyes
- Glue
How To Make Funny Pun Reindeer Christmas Cards (Potato Printing Activity)
1 – Download and print your Reindeer Pun Christmas Card Backgrounds. There are 8 to choose from, 4 in B/W and 4 in colour.
2 – Colour in your reindeer pun messages with marker pens. Skip this step if you are using the ready coloured Reindeer Pun Cards.
3 – Cut a medium sized potato in half (Adults only.)
4 – Dip the flat side of your cut potato into brown paint and press it firmly onto the front of your Christmas card. Position it low down so that you have space above to draw on the reindeer’s antlers.
5 – When your paint is dry add antlers to your reindeer card.
6 – Give your potato print reindeer some glued on wiggle eyes and a red nose. We used red sparkly pompoms and buttons.
7 – Open up your reindeer Christmas card and write your message inside.
