Supplies To Make New Year Rockers:
- Gold Paper Plates
- Gold Glitter
- Yellow Cardstock
- Marker Pen
- Glue
- Scissors
How To Make A Rocking New Year Paper Plate Craft
1 – Fold your gold paper plate in half.
2 – Use a Sharpie to write ROCKS on one side.
3 – Apply glue to the rim of the paper plate and stick on your gold glitter.
4 – Cut a star from yellow cardstock. (We actually drew around the template we made for our Baby Jesus Christmas Cards which you can download and use free too if you don’t want to draw your star free hand.)
5 – Write the year in the middle of your star.
6 – Apply glue around the edge of your star and stick on gold glitter.
7 – Glue the star onto the upper middle of your folded paper plate.
8 – Optional: Children can write their New Year’s resolutions or aspirations on the back or inside of the plate.
