Yay, our digital postcard from Team Honk arrived today. Who are Team Honk? …Three wonderful bloggers Annie from Mammasaurus, Tanya from Mummy Barrow and Penny from Alexander Residence, who’ve travelled to Ghana with Comic Relief.
They’ve had a lot of places to visit during their travels with Comic Relief in Ghana celebrating #goodwork, including this school which is on the edge of a slum in Accra. Here’s their digital postcard:

Here it is!!! Your photo from Ghana. This school is on the edge of a slum in Accra. A slum that is home to 75,000 people. All of whom that we saw waved, high fived us and wanted to show us their homes. The school has 250 pupils ranging from 2 to 16 and was started 10 years ago.
I love all the hustle and bustle in this picture and the sense of movement. you can just feel the excitement of the children and their pride in what’s going on. The youngster in the middle gazing at the camera really caught my 9 year old’s eye…” I wonder what they’d think if they saw a photograph of my class?”
For the past 25 years the money raised through Red Nose Day has been changing the lives of the poorest and most disadvantaged people in the UK and Africa.
