These Printable Hedgehog Paper Bracelets for kids are super cute and fun! It’s a lovely hedgehog craft for autumn or if you’re studying woodland, nocturnal or hibernation study themes. These paper hedgehog bracelets are really easy to make and wear and fasten up with a simple cut and slot method.
The hedgehog paper bracelet template comes in 6 bright colours and also black and white which children can colour in themselves.
Each of the printable paper bracelets templates have two wristbands to choose from. One is plain and the other has cute hedgehog footprints.
The hedgehog bracelet template also has two heads to choose from, with either eyes awake or eyes asleep. You can even mix and match the head halves to make a fun winking face too. The B/W template also has an additional plain head for children to draw on their own features.
These hedgehog paper bracelets were inspired by Easy Peasy and Fun’s pretty heart paper bracelets. We loved their clever idea and designed our own hedgehog version!

How To Make Hedgehog Paper Bracelets
Hedgehog Bracelet Craft Supplies:
- Printable Hedgehog Bracelet Template
- Printer Card/Paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Optional: Colouring Pens/Pencils
Hedgehog Paper Bracelets Instructions
1 – Download and print your hedgehog paper bracelets templates. We like to use printer card to make them stronger but you can just use paper.
2 – Colour in your hedgehog design or jump to step 3 if you are using a pre-coloured version.
3 – Carefully cut out a wristband and hedgehog head.
4 – Cut along the short dotted line at each end of the wrist band. (Make sure you don’t cut all the way through.)
5 – Carefully cut along the dotted line to divide the head in half.
6 – Glue each head half onto the semicircles at the end of the wristband. Use the photo above as a guide.
7 – Wrap the bracelet around your wrist and slot it together using the cuts you made in step 4.
Top Tips:
- Use one head half with an eye open and one head half with an eye shut to make a winking eyed face.
- Print onto card for a longer lasting, stronger bracelet.
