We love puppet crafts, they’re so fun and a fantastic way to encourage children’s imaginative play and story-telling. Today we’re sharing our super cute PACKING PEANUT SHEEP PUPPETS! The packing peanuts give a wonderful texture and add a 3D element to the lamb puppets that really brings them to life!
Our packing peanut sheep puppets are very easy to use. There are no fiddly strings for children to worry about because they sit on top of a popsicle stick handle. Kids can simply hold them in one hand and move them around easily.
These adorable sheep puppets are really easy to make and they’re a recycled craft too! So we can get creative, have fun and help look after the planet too.
This is a lovely Spring craft or Easter craft for kids, so grab your old packaging materials and let’s put it to good use and make some fun sheep to play with. Baaa!
We’ve got lots of other Spring crafts and Easter crafts you might like too. Why not make some Chick Puppets and Butterfly Puppets too?

3 – Draw a big smile with a white paint pen (we love Posca pens) and glue on some wiggle eyes.
4 – Sticky tape a jumbo craft stick handle onto the back of the body.
5 – Glue lots of packing peanuts onto the body. We placed ours on their ends to make a really 3D fluffy effect.
