Easy Rainbow Greeting Card Craft Tutorial
I’ve designed this as rainbow greeting card with a cute and fluffy cloud that opens and shuts so that you can write a happy message inside. However, if you just want to use them as pretty rainbow decorations you could simply glue the card shut too.

Card Craft Supplies:
- FREE Printable Rainbow Card Template. (Fill in the form at the bottom of this page.)
- White Printer Cardstock
- Marker Pens
- Coloured Paper Drinking Straws
- Scissors
- Glue
- Sticky Tape
How To Make a Rainbow Card Craft
1 – Download and print the free Rainbow card Template onto cardstock.
2 – Cut out the two clouds making sure to keep them joined together.
3 – Open up the cloud card and write your message inside. We wrote the word colourful in rainbow colours.
4 – If you want to use a colour pun in your rainbow card, you’ll see a few ideas in the photo above.
5 – Then shut your card and draw a face on the front.
6 – Cut 6 or 7 rainbow coloured paper drinking straws in half.
7 – Glue the ends of the drinking straws onto the back of the card. You can line then up or stagger them like we have.
8 – To make the rainbow more secure, add a line of sticky tape across them too.
9 – Now your DIY rainbow greeting card is ready to be shared with someone special who adds colour to your life!
