- Contact Paper / Sticky Back Plastic
- Dinner Plate To Draw Around
- Tissue Paper Confetti Circles
- Optional Blue Sequins or Glitter
- Blue Ribbon
- Glue
- Scissors
- Sticky Tape
How To Make An Arctic Animal Suncatcher Craft
1 – Download and print the Free Printable Arctic Animal Silhouettes. There are six to choose from an Arctic Fox, Artic Hare, Polar Bear, Penguin, Walrus and Bowhead Whale. (Click the pink link towards the end of this post to get yours.)
2 – Carefully cut out your favourite silhouette.
3 – Cut out two pieces of contact paper big enough for your dinner plate to fit on. Draw around the dinner plate on the plastic side of one of the sheets.
4 – Peel off the backing of your circled contact paper and cover the inside of the circle with your coloured tissue paper confetti circles. If you want to add a sprinkle of sequins or glitter too.
5 – When the circle is full of tissue paper glue the Arctic animal silhouette of your choice into the middle.
6 – Peel off the backing from your 2nd piece of contact paper and stick it over the top of your polar animal and tissue paper to seal them in.
7 – Cut around the inside of your drawn round shape to remove it and all the excess plastic.
8 – Sticky tape a piece of ribbon onto the back for hanging.

Instructions
- Download and print the Free Printable Arctic Animal Silhouettes. There are six to choose from.
