-
- Double Stuffed Oreos
- Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Tube White Decorating Icing
- Tube Black Decorating Icing
- Mini Red M&Ms
- Baking Parchment
How To Make Gingerbread Man Chocolate Oreo Cookies
1 – Pop your chocolate pieces into a bowl and melt them over hot water.
2 – One at a time, dip the Oreos into the melted chocolate flipping them over so they get fully coated on both sides. Put them onto the baking parchment and leave them to harden for half an hour or so.
3 – When the chocolate has set it’s time to have fun turning your chocolate coated Oreo into a cute gingerbread man face. It’s easy to do! Start with the white icing and squeeze broken lines around the edge of the cookie to look like stitching.
4 – Next use the black icing to make two eyes.
5 – Finish off your chocolate gingerbread man Oreo cookie with a black iced smile and a red mini M&M at each end of the smile to make adorable rosy red cheeks.
It doesn’t take long for your gingerbread man Oreo cookies to set and then you can enjoy them with your favourite drink, or how about wrapping a few as a fun gift for friends?
