Whether it’s costumes, games or Halloween food they love it all. One of my favourite things is all the fun you can have with creepy looking Halloween recipes.
Halloween Slime Monsters are so fun and tasty and really look brilliant as part of your Halloween table display. Easy and quick to make, your little monsters will be joining in making them and scoffing them down before you can utter a roar!

Halloween Monster Slime Cookies Ingredients
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp Cream Of Tarter
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Green Food Colouring
- Piping Bag With Medium Round Tip
- A Few Pieces Of Chocolate Melted
- Edible Eyes
- Lined Baking Sheet
How To Make Halloween Monster Slime Cookies
1 – Preheat oven to 120C
2 – Whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar and gradually add the two sugars 1 tablespoon at a time until you’ve made stiff peaks.
3 – Gently stir a few drops of green food colouring into your meringue mix to make it look slimy!
4 – Put the green meringue into the piping bag and pipe 3 or 4 dollops of the meringue on top of each other in a pile.
5 – Bake in a low oven for 1 hour and a half hours.
6 – Once your Monster Slime Cookies are cooked and cooled fix the edible eyes on with a dab of melted chocolate.
Halloween Monster Slime Cookies can be kept for a few days in an air tight container.
