How To Make A Paper Plate Goat
Craft Supplies:
Step by Step Goat Craft Instructions
1 – Start your goat craft by painting the paper plate grey. (You could do brown if you’d like a brown goat instead.)
2 – Next, cut the goat’s features out of coloured paper or cardstock. If you don’t have the right colours you can always paint them. You’ll need horns, ears, outer and inner eyes, cheeks and a nose. (These are easy enough to sketch by hand but you can use our goat template if you want. It’s only a rough hand sketch but it might be useful so I’ve attached it.)
3 – We didn’t have any brown cardstock for our goat’s horns so we just cut them out of scrap cardstock and then painted them brown.
4 – Next paint the upper ear grey to match the face and the lower ear pink.
5 – Make your eyes.
6 – Glue the goat’s features onto the front of the paper plate.
7 – Finally glue the ears and horns onto the back of the goat’s head and finish it off by drawing on a happy smile.
What a cute goat craft for kids. why not cut out some paper plants and farm buildings and create a nice farmyard scene for your goat to live in? Baa!
