How To Make A Santa That Rocks From Side To Side
– Download and print the Rocking Santa Craft Template. Choose black and white or one of the three multicultural skin tone, ready coloured options.
– If you are using the black and white template, colour it in.
– Carefully cut out the template pieces.
– To make the rocker, fold the circle in half along the dotted line.
– Glue the arms onto the back of Santa’s body. Try to make them even on both sides so that he balances when you rock him later.
– Now glue Santa onto the front of the rocker.
– Fold the fixing strip along the dotted lines to make two tabs.
– We want to stop the rocker from opening up too far. Put glue on the fixing strip tabs and attach them to either side of the inside of the rocker.
– Now you can have lots of fun playing with your Rocking Santa. Pop him on a table and give him a gentle push. He’ll wobble adorably from side to side. Ho, ho, ho, what fun!
