This Lucky Leprechaun craft is great fun for St Paddy’s Day. This is a super St Patrick’s Day craft to decorate the home or classroom and everyone will love how cute they are, with their big round bellies and ginger beards! What’s more, these cheeky fellows hold a horseshoe, so they’re sure to bring you lots of luck too!
The printable leprechaun template makes this a really easy craft to make. You can make them as a standalone, like we have, or mount them onto a backing sheet if you prefer.
The template comes in 3 formats for your convenience:
- Ready coloured
- B/W to colour in or trace around onto coloured paper
- B/W to print straight onto coloured paper
In the photo above you’ll see the leprechaun on the left is made from the ready coloured template and the leprechaun on the right was made by tracing the template onto glitter card. (The glitter doesn’t show up that well in the photo, I’m afraid, but it looks pretty awesome in real life!)
This fun St Patrick’s Day craft has 4 lucky horseshoes to choose from. Three have got pre-written messages and the fourth is blank so that you can write your own message if you prefer.
