3 – Use a 1.5 inch heart hole puncher to cut hearts from green cardstock. Glue the points of three hearts together to make a shamrock leaf. Make 4 leaves.
4 – Cut 2 long (20cm) and 2 short (15cm) pieces of green yarn. Sticky tape a shamrock leaf to the bottom of each one.
