The math vampire craft is made up of 9 different shapes and gives kids a great opportunity to learn about different 2D shapes and to consolidate existing 2D shape knowledge too.
Shape vampire art is easy to make with the printable template which comes in full colour and also black/white which children can enjoy colouring in and decorating themselves.

How To Make Shape Vampires
1 – Download and print your Shape Vampire Templates.
2 – If you’re using the black and white vampire template then colour them in.
3 – Cut out all your shape pieces.
4 – Simply glue the 2D shapes onto a sheet of paper using the numbered guide. The step by step kids guide uses purely images, so children can easily see which shape to glue on next and they don’t even need to be able to read any instructions.
5 – As the kids glue on their shapes they’ll see their vampire picture start to emerge.
6 – To finish off their vampire art kids can glue on the octagon label and write their name.
7 – There’s an additional shape recording sheet included with the printable template. Kids can count the number of each different shape and record their findings.
